Texas Statutory Notary Fees​
Texas law (Gov't Code § 406.024) sets the maximum fees for notarial acts. The Notary Pad charges these standard rates:

First signature (Acknowledgment or Jurat) $10.00

Each additional signature $1.00

Administering oath/affirmation $10.00

Certified copies of records (per page) $1.00

Protesting a bill or note $4.00

All other notarial acts not provided for $10.00

Our Specialty & Logistics Fees​
The fees below are for convenience, technology, and logistics. These are separate from the statutory notary fees listed above.

1. Remote Online Notarization (RON)

Standard Access Fee: $25.00 (plus statutory fees).

Standard Total: $35.00 for the first signature.

Includes: State-of-the-art KBA identity verification, encrypted video session, and secure digital storage.

Standard RON Service starts at $35, covering one signer and one seal. Additional signers, witnesses, or technical document preparation (Bates Stamping/Redaction) are subject to additional Professional Service Fees.

2. e-Filing Professional Suite

Logistics Fee: $65.00 (inclusive of RON act).

The JCIT Advantage: Full OCR Optimization and conversion into text-searchable, court-ready PDFs compliant with all Texas e-Filing standards.

3. Forensic Litigation & Discovery Suite

Specialist Fee: Starting at $150.00.

Includes: e-Filing Suite + Professional Bates Sequencing + Metadata Sanitization.

Base Rate: Includes processing for up to 250 pages ($0.15/page thereafter).

4. In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN)

Esperson Office Session: Starting at $100.00.

Includes: Technology fee, private office access, and validated garage parking. Digital delivery is instantaneous and tamper-evident.​

5. Professional Mobilization & Concierge Logistics

Secure Document Courier (77002): $75 (Base)

Direct, point-to-point transport of original legal instruments, evidence, or professional electronics. (No notary act included).

Executive Mobile Notary Travel Fee (77002): $75 (Base)

Professional deployment to your location for on-site notarization. (Statutory notary fees apply per signature).

After-Hours / Weekend Surcharge: +$50

Applied to all dispatches before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM, and all weekend sessions.

Out-of-Zone (Outside 77002): Starting at $150

Downtown / Central Business District: $75.00 Minimum (Immediate dispatch within the 77002 / 77010 / 77007 districts).

Greater Houston Metroplex: $150.00+ (Quote Required).

Note: Mobilization fees cover the secure transport of forensic equipment and professional availability. These fees are in addition to statutory notary acts and technical service tiers.
